In this knife skill lesson you will learn safe food handling, organization, knife safety, food prep and how to break down and marinate a whole chicken. By the end of the lesson you will have a simple ready to cook meal that feeds 4-5 people. Please be sure to check the current menu as it does change every 2 weeks.

Please ensure you can attend your lesson and have a final head count at least 24 hours in advance, Cancellations must be done within 24 hours we do not offer full refunds for cancellation, a partial refund will be issued instead, you are more than welcome to reschedule for a different day. We apologize for any inconvenience. Payments are due in advance at least one day before.
Lessons are held in the convenience of your home, each person is provided with a class knife and cutting board, though you may use your own. You will also be provided a disposable cooking tray to cook the entree in. If multiple people are attending please plan accordingly, if needed we can provide a table(s) for larger groups Maximum 7 persons. A packed take away container will be provided for your guests to take their meals home to cook. We will clean up used space after the lesson.
